Repair Services Effective August 15, 2005 Due to increased RMC wah production, I no longer have any available time to work on non-RMC and vintage wahs. I do not know of any other factory authorized service stations for vintage wahs. Contact RMC for RMA information before sending your RMC wah in for any service. Approved completed RMA forms must accompany the wah when shipping. The cost for out-of-warranty RMC wah service is $50, including return postage for US locations. International cost is higher due to increased cost of postage. It is of utmost importance that you include your return mailing address inside the box along with your wah (included within RMA form). Do not assume that any address on the outside of a shipping box will be legible enough for me to read. I cannot return anything if there is no return address included. Proprietary RMC parts, such as pots, inductors, and circuit boards, are not available for individual sale. These items are only available as replacement and/or exchange parts to be installed by RMC/Geoffrey Teese. Replacement footpads, of any color, are not available as spares. No portion of this site may be reproduced, copied, or downloaded without the expressed written consent of Geoffrey R. Teese.
