Contact RMC for RMA information before sending your RMC wah in for any service. Approved and completed RMA forms must accompany the wah when shipping.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPAIR RETURN
1. Request RMA form via email (rmcwahpedals@yahoo.com).
2. Complete RMA form and return (email or snail-mail) to RMC.
3. Once the completed RMA form has been reviewed RMC will issue an RMA number.
4. Place cash payment inside wah pedal and include completed copy of RMA form with wah pedal.
5. Pack/prepare pedal for shipment and place RMA number on outside of shipping carton.

The cost for out-of-warranty RMC wah service is $55, including return (non-insured) postage for US locations, parts, and labor. International repair cost is higher due to increased cost of postage. It is usually more economical to have me handle the repairs directly instead of going through some local repair station. This is true for all of North America. Repair stations don't carry my proprietary parts (they have to purchase them from me) and they usually have no idea what is going on with the circuitry. My boards are double-sided and through-hole plated so DIY repairs are not advised or supported. RMC wahs have been modular (no on-site soldering required for most repairs) since late 2006 so sub-assemblies can be shipped around the world instead of the complete (and heavy) wah-wah pedal.

It is of utmost importance that you include your return mailing address inside the box along with your wah (included within RMA form). Do not assume that any address on the outside of a shipping box will still be legible enough for me to read upon arrival. I cannot return anything if there is no return address included.
